The Problem

Spreadsheets, phone-calls and paper logs = admin overload and risk.

When guards punch in off-site or checkpoints get missed, audits and payroll both get messy.

Scaling across multiple sites, brands, or regions while staying compliant is hard when data lives in spreadsheets and phone calls.

OpsArmours puts that workflow in one mobile-first system for field and office roles.

Value Proposition

Three pillars of the product

One app for field + office

Guards, supervisors and managers operate on the same dataset in real time.

Designed for operations, not just check-lists

Geofenced clock in/out, scheduling with conflict checks, employment letters, announcements, and offline-capable mobile work.

Compliance & scale built-in

Multi-tenant org isolation, manager audit logs, and a published Privacy Policy designed for Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA).

Core capabilities

One platform. Three roles. Zero chaos.

Geofenced Punch-In/Out

At geofenced sites, the app captures GPS only when a guard clocks in or out. Clock-in outside the radius is rejected; clock-out outside is flagged for review. Offline clock events queue and sync when connectivity returns.

Advanced Scheduling

Supervisors build weekly schedules from guard availability, with conflict checks for overlaps and capacity. Managers approve, request changes, or release. Replacement shifts cover open slots.

Instant Announcements

Publish urgent or standard announcements to teams or individuals. Push for urgent messages. Authors and managers can see read receipts.

Operational Reports

Live KPIs for who is on duty, coverage, and pending workflows. Export attendance and clock logs to CSV/PDF for payroll and audits. Filter by date range.

Employment Letters

Guards request employment verification letters. Supervisors review; managers e-sign and release immutable PDFs with org branding.

Offline-Capable Mobile

Native iOS & Android apps cache schedules, clock records, announcements, and letters locally. Clock events, availability, and announcement reads queue offline and sync when back online. Some manager/supervisor actions require connectivity.
