Why we built OpsArmours

We're a team of operation-tech and security professionals who realised that guard companies and multi-site security teams are still juggling spreadsheets, phone calls and paper logs — while audit risk mounts. We built OpsArmours to bring the same efficiency and visibility to front-line security that modern B2B SaaS gives to every other function. Our platform includes geofenced timekeeping at clock events, scheduling, announcements, employment verification letters, operational reports, and offline-capable mobile apps.

Head-quartered in Canada, we designed the platform from day one for Canadian privacy laws, multi-tenant brand-groups and true operational scale. We believe your team deserves technology that gives clarity, rather than chaos.

What We Built

OpsArmours uses local caching so field teams can keep working with limited connectivity. Clock events, availability updates, and announcement read receipts queue offline and sync when connectivity returns. Push notifications use Apple/Google delivery; live screen updates use Supabase Realtime. Multi-tenant isolation uses row-level security so one organization's data is never visible to another.
