These Terms of Service apply to your use of the OpsArmours website at opsarmours.com, waitlist and contact forms, and the OpsArmours mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during beta and pre-general-availability periods for your internal business or personal use, as permitted by your account or invitation. This license does not transfer any ownership to you. You may not: copy or redistribute our software except as allowed by the Service; circumvent security or access controls; scrape or automate access in violation of our policies; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except where applicable law allows.

3. Service Availability

The Service is offered on a beta or pre-launch basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, pricing, and availability may change with notice where we reasonably provide it. Data or accounts may be reset or migrated during beta as we improve the product.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. It is part of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsArmours and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), if you have not paid fees.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
